Privacy Policy

HISOFT is a software house based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy covers hisoft.pk. It is written to be read, not to be survived, so it says plainly what happens to your information.

What we collect

We collect two things, and only two.

What you type into the contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and your message. Nothing on that form is optional trickery: we ask for a phone number because most of our clients prefer WhatsApp to email.

Anonymous usage statistics. Which pages are opened, roughly where in the world the visitor is, and which site sent them. This comes from Google Analytics and is not tied to a name.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not run advertising retargeting, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.

Why we collect it

Contact form details are used to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run the project. Usage statistics tell us which services people actually read about, which is how we decide what to write next.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our system while there is a live conversation and for two years afterwards, because clients regularly return with a second project and ask us to refer back to the first. Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider stores the database that holds enquiries. Google processes analytics data. If you click the WhatsApp button you are handed to WhatsApp, whose own terms then apply. That is the complete list; nobody else receives your details.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@hisoft.pk and we will act on it within thirty days. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and the site will work exactly as before.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Administrative access is restricted and password protected. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment card details anywhere on this website, so there is nothing of that kind to lose.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children.
