Do you support compensation plans other than binary?

The core platform is binary-first, but unilevel, matrix and hybrid plans are supported as configuration or - for unusual plans - a custom module. We size the scope during the plan design workshop.

Members upload documents (ID, address proof, tax ID where required). Admin reviews and approves. Withdrawals are gated - no KYC, no payout. Integration with Onfido, Persona and manual review is supported.

Can members withdraw in crypto?

Yes - USDT, BTC and ETH via a pluggable crypto processor. Each currency has its own minimum, fee and cooling-off period configured in the admin.

How does clawback work?

When an order is refunded or a subscription is cancelled within its cooling-off window, the corresponding commission is reversed. If already paid out, the reversal creates a wallet debit that offsets the next commission run.

What about tax withholding?

Configurable per country. Withholding is deducted at payout, reported per member, and exportable in the format your accounting team needs.

Do you provide legal templates?

We provide reference templates for terms, refund policy, member agreement and privacy policy - but we always recommend a local lawyer review before launch. MLM regulation varies enormously by jurisdiction.

How many members can the platform handle?

The commission engine has been benchmarked at 100,000+ members with weekly runs completing in under an hour. Larger deployments run on sharded infrastructure - scoped as part of enterprise implementation.

Can we white-label the platform?

Yes - branding, colours, domain, email templates, currency and language are all configurable. Multi-brand deployments (one engine, many front-ends) are supported.

Binary MLM platforms fail on one of two things: the compensation code, or the compliance code. Ours ships with both problems solved. The engine that computes weekly commission on the weaker leg, applies matching bonuses, and pushes payouts to member wallets is the same engine used by our sister platform aitrading.uk - refined across production quarters, not demo scripts.

Placement, genealogy and holding tank. Every member is introduced by a sponsor and waits in that sponsor's holding tank until placed into the binary tree (left or right leg). Auto-placement rules are configurable - manual, spillover, weaker-leg fill or performance-based.

Commission engine. Rank-based weekly commission on the weaker leg's volume, matching bonus on personally-sponsored earnings, quarterly performance pool, and one-off recruitment bonuses - all configurable in the admin panel without code changes. Cap, flush and carry-forward rules per rank.

E-wallet and payouts. Every member has a wallet with commission credits, purchase debits and withdrawal history. Withdrawals hit crypto (USDT / BTC / ETH), card (Stripe), bank (GoCardless / SEPA / local), or internal wallet transfer - each with its own KYC gate and cooling-off period.

Commerce layer. Full cart, subscriptions, coupons, gift cards, and multiple payment gateways - because in a lawful MLM, rewards flow from real product sales, not from recruitment. Access-pass tiers unlock features, education content and connected services.

Compliance and audit. KYC verification, clawback on refunded orders, cooling-off gate on withdrawals, tax withholding where applicable, and a full audit trail on every commission line. Every payout is reproducible from source events.
