Procurement runs on spreadsheets in most organisations - which is exactly why lead times balloon and awarded suppliers are never quite the best-fit ones. Our Sourcing Platform replaces the spreadsheet chain with structured RFI / RFP / RFQ workflows, weighted scorecards, and reverse auctions - so the fastest, cheapest and most-qualified supplier wins on the numbers, not the relationship.
Supplier onboarding and management. Supplier self-registration, document upload (registration, tax, insurance, certifications), category-based classification, performance scorecards, and expiry alerts on documents that must stay current.
Intake and RFx workflow. Internal teams submit purchase requests through a structured intake form. Procurement converts approved requests into RFIs (information gathering), RFPs (proposal collection with weighted criteria) or RFQs (price collection with clear specifications).
Supplier bid submission. Suppliers log in, download RFx documents, ask clarification questions in a threaded Q&A visible to all bidders, submit their bids with pricing schedules, and revise up to a cut-off deadline.
Bid comparison and award. Side-by-side comparison across price, delivery, quality, capacity and any custom criterion the buyer configures. Weighted scorecards produce a ranked list. Award workflow with approvals, PO generation and audit trail.
Reverse auctions. For standardised categories, run live English or sealed-bid reverse auctions with anti-sniping extensions and minimum-bid decrements - to drive competitive pricing on volume categories.
Contract and PO handoff. Awarded RFx roll into contracts and purchase orders, with terms flowed through to the supplier and delivery milestones tracked to invoice.
