Most AI projects fail in production, not in the notebook. Ours are structured so that does not happen: a paid feasibility audit before any commitment, a documented success metric, and a production handoff that includes source code, trained weights, and the monitoring hooks that catch drift before your users do.

Machine learning & predictive analytics. Forecasting demand, scoring risk, catching anomalies, predicting maintenance windows. We start with a clear metric - MAE, F1, dollar impact - and only build past the baseline once the baseline is beaten by a margin that pays for the effort.
Natural language processing. Document classification and extraction, sentiment and intent analysis, chat assistants that stay in scope, and Urdu and English support out of the box. RAG pipelines when the answers must come from your documents, not the model's memory.
Computer vision. Defect detection on production lines, document scanning and OCR, facial and object recognition, quality inspection. Models trained on your images, deployed to the edge or the cloud, with a clear accuracy floor written into the contract.
Generative AI & automation. LLM-backed copilots, structured content generation, and workflow agents that replace hours of copy-paste. We are cautious with claims here: generative AI is powerful and it hallucinates. Every deployment ships with guardrails, review queues where the cost of a mistake is real, and a paper trail.
Integration, deployment, and long-term monitoring. A model that is not integrated is a science project. We wrap models in REST or gRPC APIs, embed them in your existing systems (.NET, Laravel, Node, Java), and set up the drift monitoring and retraining schedules that keep accuracy where the contract said it would be.
If off-the-shelf will do the job, we will tell you so. AI is expensive, and a good rule beats a mediocre model every time.

How much does an AI project cost?
A feasibility audit is a fixed price and typically runs one to three weeks. A production build ranges widely - a targeted classifier for internal use starts modest; a full RAG copilot or vision inspection line is a bigger investment. Every quote is fixed after the audit; we do not run open-ended hourly contracts.
How long until we see results?
The audit produces a written go / no-go inside three weeks. A working pilot is typically six to twelve weeks after that. Production deployment adds another two to four weeks for integration, monitoring setup and pilot testing.
Is AI worth it for my business?
Sometimes yes, often no. If a clear rule or a good report would do the job, we will say so - it is cheaper and more reliable. The audit exists specifically to answer this before you commit to a build.
Who owns the model and the training data?
You do. Source code, trained weights, notebooks and training data are registered in your name on delivery. We keep no residual rights and no shadow copies.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Models ship as REST or gRPC APIs, or embed directly in your Laravel, .NET, Node, Python or Java stack. We work with SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL day to day.
How do you handle privacy and regulated data?
Healthcare and financial data are the sectors we work in most. Role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit, audit trails on every prediction, and on-premise or private-cloud deployment when the compliance rules demand it.
What happens when the model's accuracy drops?
Every deployment ships with drift monitoring. When accuracy crosses the threshold agreed in the contract, an alert fires and the retraining pipeline runs - either automatically or with human review, depending on how consequential the predictions are.
