Yes - we have bidirectional HL7 v2 and ASTM interfaces to over 40 analyser models, including Roche cobas, Sysmex, Beckman, Siemens, Bio-Rad, Mindray and more. If your instrument is not on the list, we build the interface as part of implementation.

Does it support micro, histo and molecular workflows?

Yes. Micro handles culture, ID and susceptibility with MIC reporting. Histo covers grossing, blocks, slides and IHC. Molecular covers PCR, viral load and sequencing worklists.

Can we produce NABL / ISO 15189 formatted reports?

Yes - NABL and ISO 15189 report layouts are built in, and we can customise the header, footer, signatory blocks and disclaimer for your accredited scope.

How do reflex tests work?

Reflex rules are documented in the test master. When a result meets a defined condition, the next test is auto-ordered with a full audit note. Reflex rules are editable by the lab director without a code change.

How do we handle home collections?

Phlebotomist routing, GPS-timestamped collection, temperature logging where required, and printed collection receipt with barcodes. Results dispatch by WhatsApp / email / SMS with a signed PDF.

Can referring doctors see their patients' cumulative reports?

Yes - the doctor portal gives referring doctors login access to their patients' cumulative results, monthly statements, and commission tracking where applicable.

What about GST / VAT and insurance billing?

Test-level and package pricing, corporate rate cards, insurance authorisation flows, GST / VAT handling and end-of-day reconciliation are all built in.
