Technical guidance on this site

Our service pages explain how we approach data recovery, custom software, AI work, web development and digital marketing. Those explanations are accurate in general, but every environment differs. Do not treat an article here as a substitute for a diagnosis of your own system. If a hard drive is failing, the guidance on our Data Recovery page to power it down and stop writing to it is genuinely the right first step, but it is not a promise about your particular drive.

Estimates, timelines and figures

Turnaround times, delivery windows and capability figures quoted anywhere on this site are typical results drawn from past projects. They are not guarantees. The only binding numbers are the ones written into a signed proposal for your project.

Data recovery outcomes

No laboratory can guarantee recovery. Physical damage, overwritten sectors and TRIM on solid-state drives can each make data genuinely unrecoverable. We tell you what we find after the free diagnostic and quote a fixed price before any work starts. If we cannot recover the files you asked for, you pay 20% of that quote, which covers lab time and materials.

Our SaaS products

Screenshots and feature lists describe the current release. Software changes; a feature shown today may be improved or reorganised later. Nothing on a product page forms part of a licence agreement.
